GOOD with Nestlé school fundraising programme

The Promoter is School Kit, 14 Garden Place, Hamilton and Nestlé New Zealand Limited of 12-16 Nicholls Lane, Parnell, Auckland.

The Promotion starts at 12.01am NZST on 28.04.25 and closes at 11.59pm on 11.05.25

Entry is open to Primary and Intermediate Schools in New Zealand. Note: An employee/individual representative who enters the Promotion on behalf of the Eligible Entrant must be aged 18 years or over and must have the authority to enter the Promotion on behalf of the Eligible Entrant. For the avoidance of doubt, a prize in this Promotion is to be awarded to the Eligible Entrant and not to the employee/individual representative who entered the Promotion on the Eligible Entrant’s behalf.  

To enter, entrants must during the Promotional Period:

(i) Register your contact details via School Kit Squad entry page. This includes, but is not limited to your first name, last name, email address and name of school.

(ii) Tell us in 100 words of less the fundraising initiative that the GOOD with Nestlé school fundraising box will be used towards.

The Promoter will judge all entries in accordance with Judging Details to determine winners. Multiple entries are permitted per primary or intermediate school, however maximum of (1) entry per individual entrant. 

Judging will take place at School Kit, 14 Garden Place, Hamilton, at 12.00pm NZST on 12 May 2025 from a panel of representatives of each of the Promoters. The fifty (50) most creative, suitable and original entries will be deemed Major Prize Winners and will win a Major Prize. In addition to this, the decision is made based on the primary or intermediate school providing a specific and intended outcome directly related to school community eg - funding for school trip to local museum / Funding for 30 new Kapa Haka uniforms.

This is a game of skill, chance plays no part in determining winners. Reserve Entrant(s) may also be selected during this time. All  decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter/s and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Major Prize will consist of 1x ‘GOOD with Nestlé’ fundraising boxes valued at up to $240 RRP. The fundraising box contains a range of Nestle products. The fundraising box must be used toward school fundraising activities.

Total value of all prizes is $12,000. As per conditions of entry. Prizes are not transferable & cannot be converted to cash.

Conditions of the Major Prize. The GOOD with Nestlé’ fundraising boxes must be used toward school fundraising activities. Each fundraising box receiver will be communicated important information regarding the storage and conditions of fundraising, including but not limited to: 

(i) You will gain the consent of your senior leadership team to take part in this fundraiser 

(ii) Students will not be permitted to be involved in the selling of raffle tickets 

(iii) The Box will not be displayed in a space that is not typically occupied by students. Staffroom or School Office would be fine.

Major Prize Winners will be notified by email by 12.05.25 by 5.00pm. 

The School Names of the Major Prize winners will be published on http://www.schoolkit.co.nz/terms-nestle by 15.05.2025 by 5.00pm.  

All prizes must be claimed by 29.05.25 at 5.00pm. If the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may determine an alternative winner.

In the event that the prize remains unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date, or an entry is deemed invalid, or otherwise forfeited, the Promoters will re-judge entries at School Kit, 14 Garden Place, Hamilton, at 10.00am NZST on 30 May 2025.
