School Kit + Your Initiative

Your programme, managed by School Kit

Four pink circles arranged to form a four-leaf clover shape.

You've built something worth teaching. But running it, the school relationships, the logistics, the daily problem-solving, takes you away from the work you're actually meant to be doing.

You need someone who can represent your programme brilliantly without you having to be everywhere at once.

Can School Kit help?

We run programmes on your behalf. School relationships, delivery coordination, issue resolution - all the operational work that keeps a programme alive in the real world.

We represent you in schools and handle everything that sits between your vision and its execution, so you can focus on what you do best.

  • This is exactly what we're built for. We'll take on the day-to-day running - school communications, delivery coordination, troubleshooting - while you stay focused on programme quality and development.

  • We do. We'll represent your programme in schools, build those relationships, and handle all the interactions that matter. You bring the expertise, we bring the presence and the operational backbone.

  • Scaling is where most programmes stumble - quality drops when you're managing too many moving parts. We're set up to handle complex delivery across multiple sites while maintaining consistency and solving problems before they reach you.

  • Whether your programme lives on our platform or yours, we can manage the operational side. Please be aware we're not platform-agnostic so we’ll need to make sure what you’ve got is something our systems can work with.

Learn about our services

  • We build and maintain the relationships that keep programmes alive in schools. Our team understands educational environments, speaks the language, and knows how to navigate school systems respectfully and effectively. We're not just order-takers—we're genuine partners to the schools we work with.

  • Someone needs to make sure everything happens when it should, where it should, with who it should. Our coordinators manage the intricate timing of programme delivery - scheduling, logistics, resource distribution, participant communication. They're the reason complex programmes run smoothly even when dozens of variables are in play.

  • Things go wrong. Resources arrive late, technology fails, participants struggle, schools have questions. Our team solves these problems quickly and professionally, often before you even know they existed. We're built to handle the friction that comes with real-world delivery.

  • Running a programme well means constantly checking that standards are being met. Our quality assurance processes monitor delivery, gather feedback, track outcomes, and ensure consistency across all sites. We catch issues early and make sure your programme is being experienced the way you designed it.

We map your programme's operational requirements and school touchpoints, then build the management infrastructure and relationships. Delivery coordination and issue resolution systems go live, followed by ongoing quality assurance that keeps standards high as the programme scales across sites.

 FAQs

  • No. We manage programmes under their own identity - like we do with the SVA Service Awards, Coach for Life, and the Massey University Structured Literacy Programme. Your brand stays yours; we're the operational team working behind the scenes to support it.

  • It means we become the face of your programme in educational settings. We handle inquiries, build relationships with teachers and leadership, coordinate delivery, and solve problems as they arise - all while representing your standards and values. To schools, we are your team.

  • We can be flexible. Some clients need full end-to-end management; others just need help with specific aspects like school liaison or delivery coordination. Let's talk about where you're stretched and we'll work out what makes sense.

  • Programmes should evolve—we'd be worried if they didn't. We stay close enough to the delivery to spot what's working and what isn't, and we'll bring those insights back to you. How you use that information is up to you, but we make sure you're hearing what's actually happening in schools.
