What people are saying.
Challenging sterotypes
“It really inspired the kids to think carefully about the prejudices that they associate with other people. We took this further in our inquiry of "learning from past mistakes" where we focussed on how these prejudices had contributed to big events from the past and what we could learn from these so that we didn't repeat them.”
Discussions about difficult topics
“The kid allowed for wonderful ways to open up discussions about difficult situations. It was age appropriate and it helped my class talk about issues such as sexism, steorotypes and racism.”
