What people are saying.

Thought provoking ideas

“The kit was used in a high decile private school in the South Island where racism isn't seemingly an issue but using the resource awakened the students preconceived ideas and awareness that subtle racism or segregation is within all societies.”

Cultural competency

“I thought my cultural competency was good. The student voice dial woke me up. Like many I have spoken to since, I had fallen into the trap of focusing on my cultural competency as it applies to teaching Maori students - and hadn't moved in my practice to to be culturally sustaining for other minority cultures. That was my first wake up call.”
