This is perfect for me. I love mexican food and I’ve always struggled with making your standard hexa-flexagon. These instructional videos by Vi Hart (a mathe-musician at the Khan Academy) are the perfect antidote for my soul.
I’m not even sure if I’m recommending this to a food technology teacher or a math guru? I’m just sure that I am definitely recommending it. Vi is funny, she’s onto it and she makes it look super easy.
